All was beautiful, including location and staff. I loved a Scandinavian decor and tasteful furniture. They made my stay special! Pool with the ocean view was excellent. An airy hotel in Merida.

Staff were best, wi-fi was excellent, and I loved its cool location so close to Merida and the centre of town and Plaza Grande. Impeccably clean and cosy hotel in Centro de Merida district. Comfy bed, an individual safe and television in the room.

Prime location, cordial staff, fast check in. Fine breakfast, friendly service. Captivating view, a big balcony, nice bed, too. Beach bar and nice pool.

Well, the bathroom was cramped and Wi-Fi was very poor.

I loved my staying here. I have had an awesome experience, this quaint, fairly clean hotel deserves more than 5 stars. The location was efficient, adjacent to the centre as well as Merida. Its staff was genuine & personable.

Patient stuff, spacious bar. I loved the fabulous area around the hotel. Good service within 0.5 km of the airport. The continental breakfast was delicious, there where meats and bacon. Easy check-in, late check-out.
